As the Director of the Broward County Records, Taxes and Treasury Division, I would like to welcome you to, the website for our annual tax certificate sale. is designed to make the sale process efficient and transparent.

You can find more information about how to participate in our sale under the Frequently Asked Questions and Auction Schedule.  We also encourage you to take advantage of the research tools available on, which permits users to research the list of auction items, create custom reports, and view tax and property details.

Details of the registration requirements for the 2020 tax certificate sale are available on the 2020 Sale Information page.

The tax certificate sale shall be conducted in accordance with Florida Statutes. The tax certificate
sale will be uniform, fair, efficient, and accountable for all bidders registered to bid in the sale.

The tax certificate sale is a critical part of our tax collection process, allowing us to collect delinquent property taxes, and provide the necessary operating funds for our school, local municipalities, law enforcement agencies, and many other local services.
