As the Director of the Broward County Records, Taxes and Treasury Division, I would like to welcome you to BidBroward.com, the website for our annual tax certificate sale. BidBroward.com is designed to make the sale process efficient and transparent.

You can find more information about how to participate in our sale under the Frequently Asked Questions and Auction Schedule.  We also encourage you to take advantage of the research tools available on BidBroward.com, which permits users to research the list of auction items, create custom reports, and view tax and property details.

The 2017 Broward County tax certificate sale does not include the Single Good Faith Bidder Rule or the Acknowledgment of the Single Good Faith Bidder Rule form. Details of the registration requirements for the 2017 tax certificate sale are available on the 2017 Sale Information page.

The tax certificate sale is a critical part of our tax collection process, allowing us to collect delinquent property taxes, and provide the necessary operating funds for our school, law enforcement agencies, and many other local services.
